About

Welcome to the happy place of David Teirney. My happy place is a small part of the interweb thingy that mainly contains a number of my ramblings alongside other informational content.

I am 29 years old and live in Blockhouse Bay, Auckland, New Zealand. For those of you that haven’t heard of the America’s Cup and Team New Zealand or Peter Jackson and the Lord of the Rings, New Zealand is located in the south of the Pacific Ocean next to the small offshore island of Australia.

Within this website, or what some might call a blog-site, you’ll mainly find information about some of the things that I find interesting. In recent times I have been converting the old hand-cranked HTML content into posts within Wordpress to save time adding content and make look and feel changes more easily.

I enjoy working on and driving cars. There are blog categories (not yet completely transferred) for my long held and modified 1990 JDM Honda Civic SiR, my fathers race prepared Mk1 Ford Escort Twin Cam (which is almost complete), and the potential beginnings of a project to recreate a McLaren M6GT

The website has been up and running for some time now with steady visitors, mainly for the Honda related pages (often top in the 10 hits in Google for specific information).
